Κάνω αυτά που κάνουν την καρδιά μουνα χαμογελά με τον δικό μου τρόπο και στους δικούς μου ρυθμούς, Όταν άρχισα ν' αγαπώ τον εαυτό μου τότε αγάπησα αληθινά, σήμερα ξέρω πως αυτό λέγεται ((ΠΛΗΡΟΤΗΤΑ)) ((ΑΠΛΟΤΗΤΑ)) ((ΑΥΤΟΕΚΤΙΜΗΣΗ)) σήμερα κατάλαβα ότι αυτό λέγεται ((ΑΥΘΕΝΤΙΚΟΤΗΤΑ)) ((ΕΙΛΙΚΡΙΝΕΙΑ)) ((ΣΟΦΙΑ ΤΗΣ ΚΑΡΔΙΑΣ)) όταν άρχισα ν' αγαπώ τον εαυτό μου κατάλαβα πως ο πόνος και η θλίψη απλά με προειδοποιούσαν ότι ζούσα κόντρα στην αλήθεια μου. Τώρα που ξέρω την δύναμη της καρδιάς μου. την συντροφικότητα της λογικής μου δεν υπάρχει λόγος να φοβάμαι, να φοβάμαι συγκρούσεις, προβλήματα, καταστάσεις.Σίγουρα δεν υπάρχει λόγος να φοβάμαι τους ανθρώπους..τους ανθρώπους και τον εαυτό μου γιατί και τα άστρα ακόμα εκρήγνυνται και δημιουργούν νέους γαλαξίες, σήμερα δεν ψάχνω ζωή ,σήμερα ξέρω ότι αυτό είναι ζωή, ((εσύ;))ΑΠΟ ΤΗΝ ΦΙΛΗ ΜΟΥ ΑΘΗΝΑ !!ΕΡΑΤΩ

** Στο Αυτόφωρο ο γιατρός με το... φακελάκι!
Τρίτη, 29 Μαρτίου 2011 Στην Εισαγγελία Πλημμελειοδικών όπου του απαγγέλθηκε η κατηγορία της παθητικής δωροδοκίας οδηγήθηκε ο γιατρός του Ιπποκράτειου Νοσοκομείου Θεσσαλονίκης που συνελήφθη χθες για «φακελάκι».

Ο συλληφθείς παραπέμφθηκε να δικαστεί στο Αυτόφωρο Τριμελές Πλημμελειοδικείο Θεσσαλονίκης, απ' όπου ζήτησε και πήρε αναβολή για να δικαστεί την προσεχή Πέμπτη.

Η Εισαγγελία Πρωτοδικών Θεσσαλονίκης εξετάζει πιθανή εμπλοκή του γιατρού του Ιπποκράτειου Νοσοκομείου και σε άλλες περιπτώσεις χρηματισμού από ασθενείς. Ήδη παραγγέλθηκε προκαταρκτική έρευνα, μετά από σχετικές καταγγελίες που βαρύνουν τον συγκεκριμένο γιατρό, ο οποίος κατείχε τη θέση του διευθυντή της χειρουργικής κλινικής του «Ιπποκράτειου».

Στο μεταξύ, όπως έγινε γνωστό από τη διοίκηση του «Ιπποκράτειου», αμέσως μετά τη σύλληψη του διευθυντή της κλινικής ορίστηκε ο αντικαταστάτης του και κινήθηκε η πειθαρχική διαδικασία σε βάρος του.-

** «Πνίγηκε» το Σαράντι Βοιωτίας
Πλημμυρισμένος παραμένει αυτή την ώρα ο παραθαλάσσιος οικισμός Σαράντι στη Βοιωτία ύστερα από τη ζημιά που παρουσιάστηκε νωρίτερα στον αγωγό που μεταφέρει νερό από τον Μόρνο στην Αθήνα.

Δυνάμεις της Αστυνομίας και της Πυροσβεστικής επιχειρούν στο σημείο, καθώς αγροτικές εκτάσεις αλλά και δέκα με δεκαπέντε περίπου σπίτια πλημμύρισαν. Τα ορμητικά νερά του χειμάρρου παρέσυραν δέντρα και ο δρόμος παραμένει κλειστός.-

** Συνεδρίαση του Υπουργικού Συμβουλίου
Συνεδριάζει αύριο Τετάρτη στις 14:00 το μεσημέρι υπό την προεδρία του πρωθυπουργού, Γιώργου Α. Παπανδρέου, το Υπουργικό Συμβούλιο.

Στο υπουργικό θα συζητηθούν τέσσερα νομοσχέδια με πρώτο εκείνο για την Ηλεκτρονική Διακυβέρνηση, αρμοδιότητας του υπουργού Εσωτερικών, Δημόσιας Διοίκησης και Αποκέντρωσης, Γιάννη Ραγκούση.

Το επόμενο νομοσχέδιο αφορά την αναμόρφωση του πλαισίου λειτουργίας του Ταμείου Παρακαταθηκών και Δανείων, του Οργανισμού Διαχείρισης Δημοσίου Χρέους, των Δημοσίων Επιχειρήσεων και Οργανισμών, και την σύσταση Γενικής Γραμματείας Δημόσιας Περιουσίας και άλλες διατάξεις αρμοδιότητας του υπουργού Οικονομικών Γ. Παπακωνσταντίνου.

Στην αρμοδιότητα του υπουργού Αγροτικής Ανάπτυξης και Τροφίμων, Κώστα Σκανδαλίδη, εμπίπτει το τρίτο νομοσχέδιο που αφορά «τα δεσποζόμενα και τα αδέσποτα ζώα συντροφιάς και την προστασία των ζώων από την εκμετάλλευση ή τη χρησιμοποίηση με κερδοσκοπικό σκοπό», ενώ το τέταρτο και τελευταίο νομοσχέδιο της αυριανής συνεδρίασης του υπουργικού συμβουλίου εμπίπτει στις αρμοδιότητες του υπουργού Υγείας και Κοινωνικής Αλληλεγγύης, Ανδρέα Λοβέρδου, και αφορά την «Δωρεά και μεταμόσχευση οργάνων και άλλες διατάξεις».

Νωρίτερα, στη 13:00 μ.μ., ο Πρωθυπουργός θα συναντηθεί με τον Γενικό Γραμματέα του ΑΚΕΛ, Άντρο Κυπριανού.

Στις 17:00 μ.μ., ο κ. Παπανδρέου θα συναντηθεί με την ομάδα εργασίας - προΐσταται ο Ιταλός Αρχιτέκτονας, Renzo Piano - η οποία θα του παρουσιάσει το πρόγραμμα εκπόνησης των μελετών για την ανάπλαση του Φαληρικού Μετώπου, που αποτελεί δωρεά του Ιδρύματος «Σταύρος Νιάρχος». (Ολυμπιακός Πόλος Φαλήρου - Γυάλινο κτήριο, αίθουσα «Ορέστης»)

Στην συνάντηση θα συμμετέχουν επίσης η υπουργός Περιβάλλοντος, Ενέργειας και Κλιματικής Αλλαγής, Τίνα Μπιρμπίλη, ο υπουργός Υποδομών, Μεταφορών και Δικτύων, Δημήτρης Ρέππας, ο υπουργός Πολιτισμού και Τουρισμού, Παύλος Γερουλάνος και ο αναπληρωτής υπουργός Περιβάλλοντος, Ενέργειας και Κλιματικής Αλλαγής, Νίκος Σηφουνάκης.-

** Οργή Λοβέρδου για τις κινητοποιήσεις των φαρμακοποιών
Δριμεία κριτική στη στάση των φαρμακοποιών άσκησε σήμερα ο υπουργός Υγείας, Ανδρέας Λοβέρδος. «Περιμέναμε από τους φαρμακοποιούς να έχουν ήδη σταματήσει τις κινητοποιήσεις τους, μετά τις σαφείς διαβεβαιώσεις που έχουν λάβει για την αποπληρωμή των χρεών του Ο.Π.Α.Δ. προς αυτούς. Ακόμη κι αν πληρωθούν αύριο, ποιος ο λόγος να ταλαιπωρούνται οι πολίτες σήμερα;» είπε σε έντονο ύφος, κατά τη διάρκεια συνέντευξης Τύπου.

Παράλληλα, κατηγόρησε τους εκπροσώπους του κλάδου ότι έχουν στραφεί κατά των πολιτών, καλώντας τους για ακόμη μία φορά να σταματήσουν άμεσα τις κινητοποιήσεις, ακόμη και σήμερα.

Ο κ. Λοβέρδος, φανερά ενοχλημένος από τη στάση των φαρμακοποιών, είπε ότι δέχεται τηλεφωνήματα στο γραφείο του από ανθρώπους που πάσχουν από σοβαρά νοσήματα, όπως η σκλήρυνση κατά πλάκας ή η κατάθλιψη, και εκφράζουν την αδυναμία τους να συνεχίσουν τη θεραπεία τους, καθώς πολλές φορές αυτή κοστίζει περισσότερο από τις μηνιαίες τους αποδοχές.

Ενδεικτικά ανέφερε ότι του τηλεφώνησε καρκινοπαθής, ο οποίος του εξήγησε ότι είναι αδύνατο να συνεχίσει τη θεραπεία του, καθώς ο μισθός του είναι 1.200 ευρώ μηνιαίως και η θεραπεία του κοστίζει 1.300 ευρώ.

Ο υπουργός Υγείας, πλαισιωμένος από τους κυρίους Κουτρουμάνη, Δρέτα, Τιμοσίδη, Δημόπουλο και Σουλιώτη, τόνισε ότι «κάναμε τον Ο.Π.Α.Δ. ταμείο, για να έχει εισφορές και να μπορεί να αποπληρώνει τα χρέη του, κάναμε στην Υγεία, ότι δεν έχει γίνει τα τελευταία δέκα χρόνια. Αυτό πρέπει να το εκτιμήσουν».

Σε ό,τι αφορά στον τρόπο πληρωμής των φαρμακοποιών από τον Ο.Π.Α.Δ., σημείωσε πως οι φαρμακοποιοί θα πάρουν, μέσα στον Απρίλιο, τα 100 εκατομμύρια ευρώ για τον Ιανουάριο και τον Φεβρουάριο και πως στόχος είναι να πληρώνονται άμεσα όχι μόνο οι φαρμακοποιοί, αλλά και οι γιατροί.-

** «Η Ελλάδα θα τα καταφέρει, παρά τα χτυπήματα κάτω από τη μέση»

Αισιόδοξος ότι η Ελλάδα θα τα καταφέρει και θα βγει από την κρίση και δεν θα χρειαστεί να προσφύγει στο νέο μηχανισμό στήριξης, τόνισε ο πρωθυπουργός Γιώργος Παπανδρέου, στη διάρκεια συνέντευξης Τύπου που έδωσε στο περιθώριο της Συνόδου των Σοσιαλιστών και Δημοκρατών ευρωβουλευτών από κοινού με τον πρόεδρο της Σοσιαλιστικής Ομάδας του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου Μάρτιν Σουλτς.

Ο κ. Παπανδρέου τόνισε ότι είναι γεγονός ότι η κυβέρνηση βρήκε μια πολύ δύσκολη οικονομική κατάσταση, κληρονομιά από την κυβέρνηση της ΝΔ, η οποία είναι το μόνο κόμμα που δεν αναγνωρίζει τις προσπάθειες και τις αποφάσεις που έχουν ληφθεί και σε ευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο, αλλά εμείς, τόνισε, θα τα καταφέρουμε και θα διαψεύσουμε όσους πιστεύουν το αντίθετο.

Εξέφρασε τις ευχαριστίες του προς την Σοσιαλιστική Ομάδα, η οποία έπαιξε καθοριστικό ρόλο στις ευρωπαϊκές αποφάσεις και στήριξε και την Ελλάδα.

Έκανε λόγο για βελτιώσεις στο κείμενο των συμπερασμάτων τόσο για τα ευρωομόλογα όσο και το φόρο επί των χρηματοπιστωτικών συναλλαγών αλλά και για το μηχανισμό στήριξης. Τόνισε, επίσης, ότι στην προσπάθεια που γίνεται για την ανάπτυξη της χώρας πρέπει να συνεισφέρουν και οι τράπεζες.

Επίσης ο κ. Παπανδρέου τόνισε ότι το ευρωομόλογο θα μπορούσε να συμβάλει αν είχε εγκριθεί και στη διαχείριση του χρέους αλλά και στην αξιοποίηση πόρων για την ανάπτυξη στην Ευρώπη.

«Η μονομερής πολιτική της αυστηρότητας και της λιτότητας», τόνισε, «δεν πρόκειται να βοηθήσει αν δεν υπάρχει αναπτυξιακή πολιτική».

«Σε πανικό οι διεθνείς οίκοι»

Απαντώντας σε ερώτηση για τους οίκους αξιολόγησης και ειδικά στην Standard & Poor’s, η οποία υποβάθμισε την Ελλάδα ο κ. Παπανδρέου τόνισε ότι «οι οίκοι αξιολόγησης έχουν περάσει στον απόλυτο πανικό» και υπενθύμισε ότι ήταν εκείνοι που έδιναν ΑΑΑ στα τοξικά ομόλογα τα οποία δημιούργησαν την κρίση.

«Πρέπει να δούμε ποιος παίρνει τις αποφάσεις», ανέφερε και πρόσθεσε ότι «οι οίκοι αξιολόγησης δεν λογοδοτούν και αυτό είναι κάτι που πρέπει να δει η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση».

Πρόσθεσε, επίσης, ότι οι αποφάσεις που θα ληφθούν τον Ιούνιο πρέπει να ηρεμήσουν τις αγορές και αυτό που έχει σημασία είναι να μη δείξουμε ότι κάνουμε πολύ λίγα και πολύ καθυστερημένα.

Ο κ. Παπανδρέου τόνισε ότι «μετά από πολλά χρόνια η ελληνική οικονομία δείχνει ότι φέρνει αποτελέσματα και ο στόχος είναι να δείξουμε ότι μπορούμε να σταθούμε στα πόδια μας».

«Και αυτό γιατί», όπως είπε, «μπορούμε να παίρνουμε αποφάσεις δύσκολες ή και σκληρές και να προχωρούμε τις μεταρρυθμίσεις».

Επισήμανε, πάντως, ότι το στον ελληνικό λαό υπάρχει ένα αίσθημα δικαίου και ότι καθένας πρέπει να συμβάλει ανάλογα με τις δυνατότητές του. «Και πρέπει», πρόσθεσε, «να συμβάλουν σε αυτή την προσπάθεια και οι τράπεζες».

«Πρέπει», ανέφερε επίσης, «να διαμορφώσουμε ένα κλίμα ώστε οι αγορές να αισθάνονται εμπιστοσύνη και για τη διαχείριση του χρέους».-

** EUROKLEPTOCRATS REFUSE TO BE INVESTIGATED!‏
Three hookers(MEPs) of the Eldorado of Prostitutes(EP), aka European Parliament, agreed to put forward amendments to draft legislation in the Eldorado of Prostitutes in return for kickbacks. OLAF decided to open a formal investigation. This swift decision was taken in view of potential damage to the reputation of the European institutions, the public interest in clarifying this matter and the need to prevent potential evidence from being destroyed. It should be noted that even if a certain natural or legal person is subject to an investigation by OLAF, it does not necessarily imply that this person is guilty of any wrongdoing whatsoever.

Within the framework of this investigation, OLAF investigators attempted to collect evidence from the offices of the concerned MEPs located at the premises of the Eldorado of Prostitutes in Brussels on Tuesday 22 March. As stipulated in the applicable legislation, the investigators presented themselves to the relevant authorities of the Eldorado of Prostitutes and notified them of their intention to make an immediate inspection of the offices of the concerned MEPs.

Eldorado of Prostitutes(EP) authorities refused to give access to these offices and claimed these would be secured by Eldorado of Prostitutes security personnel. OLAF was at the same time informed that the Eldorado of Prostitutes would conduct an internal consultation to evaluate OLAF's request.

OLAF received an official written reply from the Madam(President) of the Eldorado of Prostitutes on Thursday 24 March stating that it would not agree to an investigation on its premises and requesting additional explanation of OLAF's competence to investigate. OLAF duly sent a legal justification of its mandate to conduct an investigation at the Eldorado of Prostitutes on Friday 25 March.

OLAF investigations are carried out on the basis of competences defined in Article 325 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) and Regulation 1073/1999 of the Eldorado of Prostitutes and the Council. The Regulation states that the purpose of OLAF investigations are "fighting fraud, corruption and any other illegal activity affecting the financial interests of the European Community" and "to investigate serious facts linked to the performance of professional activities which may constitute a breach of obligation (…) likely to lead to disciplinary and, in appropriate cases, criminal proceedings or an analogous breach of obligations of Members of the institutions (…)".

The Interinstitutional Agreement between the Eldorado of Prostitutes, the Council and the Commission further clarifies that OLAF's responsibility "extends beyond the protection of financial interests to include all activities relating to the need to safeguard Community interests against irregular conduct". This agreement specifies OLAF's competence to carry out internal investigations on Members of the Eldorado of Prostitutes. Furthermore, this competence is set out in detail in the Eldorado of Prostitutes' own Rules of Procedure.

OLAF continues to pursue other investigative actions within the context of its investigation and expects the Eldorado of Prostitutes to preserve the potential evidence until it can be examined by OLAF investigators. OLAF's (European Anti-Fraud Office) mission is fighting fraud, corruption and any other illegal activity affecting the financial interests of the European Union, including misconduct within the European Institutions. OLAF is part of the European Commission, but remains independent in its operational and investigative functions.

**WAR MONGERS‏
Congressman Ron Paul points out that last week the Obama Administration took the United States to war against Libya without bothering to notify Congress, much less obtain a Constitutionally-mandated declaration of war. In the midst of our severe economic downturn, this misadventure has already cost us billions of dollars.

Why did the US intervene in a civil war in a country that has neither attacked us nor poses a threat? We are told this was another humanitarian intervention, like Clinton's 1999 war against Serbia. But as civilian victims of the US-led coalition bombing continue to add up, it is getting difficult to determine whether the problem we are creating on the ground is worse than the one we were trying to solve.

Though the administration seems to be playing with semantics, calling this a "kinetic military action," Ron Paul is very clear: this is a US act of war on Libya. Imposing a no-fly zone over the air space of a sovereign nation is an act of war, as Secretary of Defense Robert Gates pointed out before the bombing began. That the administration hesitates to call this war, possibly due to the troubling Constitutional implications, does not mean that it is not one. Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution could not be clearer: the power and obligation to declare war resides solely in the US Congress.

Ron Paul muses there was ample time and opportunity for the administration to consult the UN, NATO and the Arab League before going to war, but not the US Congress! Ron Paul notes that aside from the manner in which the administration took us to war, it is also troubling that Obama has taken a decisive stand for one side of an internal conflict in another sovereign country. The administration speaks out of both sides of its mouth on this, claiming that the US is not attempting to overthrow the Gaddafi regime while clearly benefiting the rebels and stating that Gaddafi must leave. Does this make any sense?

Gaddafi may well be every bit the "bad guy" we are told he is, but who are the rebels we are assisting? Do we have any clue? Will they bring freedom and prosperity to Libya if they are victorious? We might like to hope so, but the fact is, we don't know. Michael Scheuer, former head of the CIA's Bin Laden unit, explained in a recent article that there is plausible reason to believe the rebels are current or former Islamist mujahedin, eager to engage in jihad. Indeed, Gaddafi has fought against Libyan Islamists for years and is seen by them as a bitter enemy. Astoundingly, it may well be that we are assisting al Qaeda in this new war!

The costs of this terrible mistake cannot be ignored. Congress has been locked in battles over budget cuts and agonizing over ways to save money. Recent proposed spending cuts have by now been completely wiped out with this new war! Will we be rebuilding Libya ten years from now? Will Congress simply roll over and rubber stamp more emergency spending bills for this new war as they have done in the past? We must end our participation in any attack on Libya immediately and Ron Paul has signed on to legislation that would do exactly that. Congress must assert its Constitutional authority and rein in an administration clearly out of control.

Winston Spencer,Churchill's sadomasochist career lasted half a century, and no other Western warmonger was more calamitous for his country and civilization than Churchill. More than any other kleptocrat, in 1914 and 1939, Churchill lusted for war, his
weird ac-dc foreplay, and pushed his country to turn two European wars into
world wars. Both times, he succeeded, and those wars, that together took the
lives of a hundred million Europeans, were the most infamous mortal blows on
humanity. If Churchill did not interfere, Hitler could have wiped out communism
from the surface of Earth by 1942.

Adolf Hitler had limited geopolitical aims, just to liberate Eastern Europe from
the yoke of communism, but the excitable warmoger Churchill overreacted. Hitler
was not out to conquer the world, he loved and admired Britons, he let the
British army evacuate from Dunkirk, and he built a defensive line between
Germany and France, the Siegfried Line. Churchill's decision to bomb a shattered
Germany between January and May 1945 was a war crime. When Churchill entered the
inner Cabinet as First Lord in 1911, Britain was the first nation on Earth and
ruler of the greatest empire since Rome. The sun never set on the British
Empire. When Churchill left in 1945, Britain was a poor island. He was a Great
Man, at the cost of his country's greatness.
